Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Group of blood cancers affecting lymphatic system including B-cell and T-cell lymphomas. Can be indolent (slow-growing) or aggressive. Symptoms include enlarged lymph nodes, fever, night sweats, weight loss, and fatigue. May affect various organs. Treatment includes chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy, or stem cell transplant depending on type and stage.

When there is active disease, during treatment phase, or with indolent and non-contiguous phase of low grade NHL. Continues for 2 years after treatment cessation, then re-evaluate. If no recurrence, rate on residuals.
