Borderline personality disorder characterized by emotional instability, impulsivity, and unstable relationships. Not ratable unless aggravated by service, but symptoms often co-occur with or are misdiagnosed for PTSD.
Not separately ratable unless aggravated by service per 38 CFR 4.127. May be considered for secondary conditions.
